Camera panning task

Old Alley task

Still a bit grainy but I feel this is a good replica of the example. I would like it to be darker, however I could not do that without loosing some of the specularity.

Organic modeling task

Unfortunately I cannot finish this as I have an issue opening certain windows in Maya. I wanted to post it as I can't find a work around and it's a decent work in progress.

Maya box unwrapping

A simple box with UV wrapped texture. This involved unwrapping the cube and saving a template image of it. I then drew the texture over it in illustrator. There were a couple of difficulties when I imported it back into Maya but it only needed a slight resizing.

Maya Raygun

A cartoonish Raygun made for the Maya tutorials. While some of the proportions are different to the example one, they both used the exact same process to build. Although this didn't allow for much creative freedom it did use a lot of techniques that will be useful in later projects.

Maya wine glasses

A selection of different wine glasses and other things made using both polygon modelling and line work with the revolve tool. Since this was a fairly simple task I don't think I could have done it much better, except possibly making them a bit less similar to each other.
